When a customer purchases an abnormal product, Haema Co., Ltd. will compensate only for legitimate transactions in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Fair Trade Commission.
If the content or contents of the product is insufficient, if the product is corrupted or deteriorated during distribution, if you purchase a product that has passed the expiration date, or if the product is sold with foreign substances in it, we can exchange or refund the product.
However, if side effects occur after using the product or in the event of an accident in which the consumer is injured due to damage to the container, treatment expenses, expenses, and lost income shall be compensated in principle.
